Many magic users in the Disneyverse seem to look through time, so with these artefacts constantly reappearing throughout time in impossibly good condition, perhaps it’s possible to reach through it as well. In Disney’s The Little Mermaid, as king Triton is coming into the theater you see the crowd below him cheering as he comes in. The movies would be the primary reality representation.
