Understandable, but there was a long debate about whether or not Risotto should have cheese or not, and our diners ended up getting plates of salad.

Came here on our first night in Chamonix, and spent the next two days in bed from the food poisoning. Pure, melted, cheesy cheese.

We did not try the raclette but that looked very authentic as well.

The service was also very good! But the service! Superb cheese and meat foundes, and nice desserts also.

Very authentic. I come here every year I visit Chamonix. Great atmosphere and excellent traditional food. The food was fine, but our waiter had the absolute worst and disgusting body odor you could smell across the room. Sounds like it's an absolute must in Chamonix for a classical Savoyard meal.
