Even though they never made an appearance in the series, they were most likely quite formidable as evidenced by the fact that he still managed to give Hashirama trouble even though the latter seemed to edge him out in almost every aspect. As for this particular match-up though, EMS Madara wins with maybe medium to high difficulty. So you can tell who wins right? Take your favorite fandoms with you and never miss a beat. EMS Madara was noted to be approximately the same level as MS Obito. Minato won't be able to blitz him easily seeing as unlike Minato, Madara can physically react to Ay without needing to teleport. Especially when it is used on higher levels. Either way, if it's an alive version of Madara, it'd be a hard fight on them both. If Madara fights in character - Minato has a chance. MS Obito himself is probably more comparable to MS Madara and MS Izuna(who was beaten by Tobirama's FTG Slash).
