We have formally complained to P&V three days ago, so far no response. Btw, check in starts at 5pm, if you want an early check in you have to pay 50 eur, and if you want to choose a better view you have to pay another 150eur (which was impossible in our case since the hotel was full).
After I refused to stay, the not only refused to get a refund but also changed 1000 euro extra because I didn’t return them the key.good location, well equipped, although too small for advertised size- centric location - well equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances - bath room was not clean!!!
