Our intention had been to thoroughly explore the island, but the Tahitian Pearl Beach Resort proved too good to leave.This hotel was a huge letdown from the moment we arrived until we left. Nearly every aspect of our stay was exceptional, from the sincerely welcoming staff to the so-comfortable bed; the living room and balcony with ocean view; spacious bath with aromatic, local-sourced amenities; the exotic, private, and thrilling black sand beach.
