Further events unfolded as this was escalated to the General Manager of the hotel but to our astonishment, even he did not show any genuine empathy to our situation and did not resolve matters. Breakfast was exquisite and vast in the large restaurant which we enjoyed every day. The staff were all attentive and well trained, eager to please and had a large smile whenever they greeted you.

After leaving this hotel disgusted with the way our family had been treated, I decided to write a complaint letter to the Saraf Hotel group who are the owners of this resort and to date I have still not received an acknowledgement or a response from them.

Plunge pool will give you extra splash. Would definitely recommend this property and will surely come back next time around. My family had such an extremely poor and awful experience whilst staying there over the Christmas 2019 period.
