The room itself was familiar but very shabby. The toilet and bath are very compact but functional. We arrived after reception was shut so weren't able to get any towels until the next morning. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty basic and tatty round the edges but for the price you pay and the limited amount of time you spend in a property during a ski holiday it's sufficient. The ski locker area is v cramped and no boot warmers which would be fine but then they forbid ski boots etc in your apartment so they expect you to start your day with cold/wet boots. Having looked around the resort whilst we were there that's pretty hard to beat. You will need to make up the beds every night, if using the seating during the day. The check-in procedure was exceedingly slow, with staff seemingly oblivious to the long queues of tired travellers, they almost seemed to revel in deliberately taking their time with each customer. However, since we last visited, standards have slipped from basic to grim. !It is ski in ski out which is great but the accommodation is pretty basic.
Beds are v uncomfortable and you have to take your own towels or rent them. Mirror light is poor. Having Own or manage this property? This residence with its traditional architecture has studios and apartments with a balcony spread over 6 floors with 2 elevators.
